Local SEO & AI search agency · Worcester-based, working UK-wide
We help businesses right across the UK to Get Found: at the top of Google, in the Maps results, and in the answers ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews give when customers ask who to call. We also build fast, search-ready websites that turn those searches into enquiries.

01Search has changed
01Google search
Plenty of people still start with a Google search. If you’re not on page one for “your trade + your town”, the people ready to buy never see you.
02Google Maps
For local searches, Google often shows three businesses on a map before anything else. Those three get first shot at the call.
03AI answers
ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews answer “who’s the best…?” with a name or two. If AI tools don’t know and trust your business, you’re not in the answer.
02What we do
We don’t sell a menu. We start with the three things that decide whether a local business gets found: your local rankings, your place in AI answers and the website they both point to. Then we add only what helps them work harder.
Own the map pack and the “near me” searches in your patch.
Get named when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google’s AI who to use.
Fast, search-ready websites built to rank and convert, with SEO and AI search designed in from day one.
Also in the kit
Google Ads for when you need the phone ringing now, while your rankings build.
Local social media that backs up your reviews and reputation.
03Why Get Found
22 Years getting local businesses found
We were doing local SEO when “near me” was a novelty. We’ve seen every Google update since, and we’re not rattled by AI search either. It rewards the same things we’ve always done well.
A real team at our SEO agency in Worcester, with a second office in Stockport. If you’re nearby, pop in. Anywhere else in the UK, we work just as closely by phone and video.
We keep clients by getting them results, not by tying them into paperwork.
“If SEO isn’t worth it for your business, we’ll tell you. Straight away, and for free.”
04How it works
Step 1: Free
We check where you show up, and where you don’t, on Google, Maps and the main AI tools, side by side with the competitors taking your calls.
Step 2: Plain English
What to fix first, what it’ll take and what it costs. No 40-page PDF, no jargon, no pressure.
Step 3: Ongoing
We do the work and report back in words you’ll understand,, and you watch the enquiries.
Start with step one
See exactly where you stand on Google, Maps and AI before you spend a penny.
05Questions
AI SEO (you’ll also hear GEO or AEO) is making sure AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews know who you are, trust you, and mention you when someone asks for a recommendation. It builds on good local SEO: consistent business details, genuine reviews, clear content that answers real questions, and a website AI crawlers can actually read.
No. Plenty of people still search Google and Maps, but more of them now ask an AI tool first, especially for “who’s the best…?” questions. The same signals help you in all three places, so you don’t need three separate strategies.
We check where you appear for the searches that matter to you on Google, on Maps and in the main AI tools, compare you with the local competitors getting those enquiries, and list the fixes we’d make first. It’s yours to keep, whether or not you work with us.
Yes. Web design is one of our three core services, alongside local SEO and AI SEO. We build fast, search-ready websites with SEO and AI search designed in from day one: clean structure, proper schema, pages AI crawlers can read and a clear route to a call or enquiry. You’re looking at one. And if your current site is doing its job, we’ll say so rather than sell you a new one.
It depends on your market and where you’re starting from. Some fixes, like sorting out your Google Business Profile or inconsistent business details, can make a difference sooner; competitive searches take longer. Your audit will give you an honest view, not a guarantee we can’t keep.
No. We don’t do long contracts. If we’re not earning our keep, you shouldn’t be stuck with us, which is exactly why we work hard to make sure you don’t want to leave.
No. We’re based in Worcester, with a second office in Stockport, and we work with businesses right across the UK. Local SEO is about your town and your customers, not where we’re based: we research how people search in your area, who you’re up against in the Maps pack and what AI tools say about your trade there. If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to pop in; everywhere else, we work by phone and video.
Local SEO is getting your business found when people nearby search for what you do: in the Google Maps results, in “near me” searches and in the local results below them. It covers your Google Business Profile, genuine reviews, the same business details everywhere, and website pages for your services and the towns you cover. Google says local results are mainly based on relevance, distance and popularity.
Nobody can buy or request a place: Google says there’s no way to request or pay for a better local ranking. What helps is a verified, complete and accurate Business Profile with the right main category, a steady flow of genuine reviews, matching details across the web, and a website that says clearly what you do and where. Distance from the person searching also plays a part, and you can’t change that.
Yes, as a manager, not an owner. You stay the owner of your profile and add us as a manager with our own Google account, so you never share a password and can remove us whenever you like. Business Profile itself is free; you pay for our time.
Yes. Trades and mobile businesses can hide their address on Google and list the areas they serve instead, as long as those areas are within about two hours’ drive of where they’re based. We set that up properly, and build pages for the main towns you cover that are genuinely useful, not copy-and-paste pages with the town name swapped.
For a question like “best electrician in Worcester”, ChatGPT often searches the web, turns the question into something like “top electrician Worcester”, and names the businesses that websites, listings, reviews and “best of” pages back up. So the business it names is usually the one with the most evidence online, and most of that evidence is within your control.
No, and be wary of anyone who says they can. AI answers change with the wording of the question, the person’s location, the tool and the day, and nobody outside those companies controls them. What we can do is strengthen the signals these tools rely on, fix anything holding you back, and show you honestly how often you’re named over time.
Mostly, no. Google says optimising for its generative AI search is still SEO, and Bing says the same SEO best practices also support eligibility for AI-generated answers. A few checks are newer, such as making sure the crawlers AI tools use can reach your site, and asking the tools what they actually say about you.
We agree a set of questions that match how your customers actually ask, always naming the town, run them repeatedly across ChatGPT, Google’s AI Overviews and AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot, and record how often you’re named and which sources the answers cite. Because answers vary, we report the trend across many checks, alongside visits from AI tools in your analytics and the calls and enquiries that matter to you.
It can if it’s done carelessly, which is why we plan for it. Before launch we record what your current site ranks for, keep the pages and content that are working, and redirect every old address to its closest new page. After launch we watch Search Console so anything that slips gets caught early. Google says to expect some temporary movement during a move, so be wary of anyone who promises nothing will change.
You do. Your domain name and the website we build for you belong to your business, not to us. If you ever decide to move on, they go with you.
Saying clearly what you do and where in the first lines of the page, a phone number that can be tapped to call on a mobile, short forms with clear labels, one obvious next step on every page, genuine reviews and real contact details, and a site that’s quick on a phone. Then tracking calls and form enquiries from launch, so you can see what’s working.
Not every tired-looking website needs replacing. Sometimes better page titles, proper service pages, faster loading or clearer calls to action will do more good for less. The free audit shows which it is, and if your current site is doing its job, we’ll tell you rather than sell you a new one.
